House Rules - Lilla Guesthouse

Welcome to our guest house!
Please read our rules carefully and comply with them. In the event of non-compliance, the host may ask guests to leave immediately and the accommodation fee will not be refunded.


Guests and visitors

  • Only registered guests who accept the house rules are allowed to stay in the guest house.

  • Minor guests (under 18 years old) and pets are not allowed.

  • Visitors are not allowed, including local residents.


Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: 15:00-18:00

  • Check-out: 11:00

  • If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know the day before or at the venue.

  • The key must be handed in to the host on departure and the gates must always be locked.

  • In the event of loss of the key, the full replacement cost will be reimbursed.


Room occupancy and minimum booking

  • Base price: 1 room, 2 persons (in one room).

  • If two guests want to sleep separately, +1 room can be booked, so 2×1 persons, price per room 50 000 HUF/night for the two rooms.

  • Minimum booking period: 2 nights.


Responsibility and security

  • Use the accommodation facilities as intended, respecting fire and accident prevention rules.

  • Please do not take furniture and utensils inside the building outside.

  • Do not place any metal objects in the microwave oven!

  • We are not responsible for valuables (e.g. jewellery, phone, laptop).

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused on the property.

  • Electrical equipment is used as intended.

  • The accommodation manager must be informed immediately of any accident or other incident.

  • The wellness (sauna) is for the exclusive use of the house manager.


Heating

  • Heating costs are included in the price.

  • Due to the significant increase in utility costs and energy consciousness during the heating season (15 October - 15 April), the maximum guaranteed temperature in the guest house 22 °C.


Smoking and noise

  • Smoking in the building, the use of incense and candles, as well as electric cigarettes and IQOS are prohibited.

  • Designated smoking areas: front porch, covered terrace in front of kitchen. The use of ashtrays is compulsory.

  • Night-time silence: 22:00-7:00, no noise.


Wellness

  • Jacuzzi: included in the price of the accommodation, can be used all year round.

  • Finnish and steam sauna: operated exclusively by the operator of the house, by prior arrangement, extra charge.

  • Use of the wellness at your own risk, in accordance with the attached rules.


Catering

  • For dining, use of the kitchen and dining room is recommended.

  • There is a ceramic hob for cooking, an electric oven for baking and a dishwasher for washing up.

  • In addition, a contact grill, kettle, toaster, etc. are available. Please clean up after use and put the kitchen appliances back in their boxes.

  • Please do not dine in the bedrooms, hot tub or saunas.

  • Self-catering, but a breakfast basket can be ordered in advance on request.


Animals

  • No animals shall be admitted into the house (both stray or own pet).


Garbage and cleaning

  • We collect rubbish separately: household rubbish in the kitchen, selective waste in the bin on the terrace.

  • Rooms are left clean and tidy on departure.

  • For longer stays, cleaning, towel and bed linen change is provided every 7 days, but at an extra charge.

  • In case of extreme pollution extra cleaning fee: 20 000 HUF.


Parking

  • The guest house has a closed parking lot, please park here.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to the parking space.


Garden

  • The garden is maintained by the host, please take care of the plants.

  • Any irregularities or malfunctions should be reported immediately.


Cancellations, refunds

  • No refunds for early departure, late arrival or unused nights.

  • Guests are responsible for their travel insurance, we are not liable for personal emergencies or travel disruptions.

  • Special periods (holidays, events): prices may vary.

Data management, billing

  • At the time of a valid reservation, you must provide the guest's contact person with phone number, which will be held until the guest(s) leave to discuss any problems, important issues that may arise and to keep in touch.

  • For accommodation providers have an obligation to provide information to the EIG (https://mtu.gov.hu/), guests are required to hand over to the host on arrival personal documents (passport or identity card, address card).

  • A According to NAV regulations the service provider has an invoicing obligation and the invoice must include the name and address of the party invoiced and, in the case of a company, its tax number.

    • To fulfil this obligation, we need the guest(s) to your address card and e-mail address, even if the accommodation provider registers the guests in advance in the My Guest app.

  • The accommodation provider declares that the guest(s) not use your data for any other purpose, only and exclusively to the above obligations and to the obligations of the accommodation provider does not store data in hard copy.

  • Data recorded on the computer are stored until the possibility to make a claim has expired.
