By using the accommodation it is understood that the guest has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the policy. Failure to read and understand the terms and conditions / policy does not exempt you from the consequences!

  1. Visitors

Only guests who have registered for the guest house and who have read these rules and regulations for themselves and are binding on their dependants and must be respected! It is forbidden to receive visitors or to let strangers in the accommodation, including local residents. The guest house does not accept underage guests or pets.

  1. Arrival and departure

Rooms can be booked between 15-18 on the day of arrival, please leave the rooms by 11 am on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer or arrive earlier, please let us know the day before arrival or at the hotel. 

Please lock the gates and entrances to the building when leaving and at night! Please be very careful with the keys, because in case of loss of the key you will have to pay for the complete lock change! When you leave the accommodation permanently, the key must be handed in to the landlord.

  1. Liability

Please use the buildings, facilities and equipment of the accommodation for their intended purpose, and comply with fire and accident prevention rules. Please do not take any equipment or utensils in the building out into the garden. Do not put any metal objects in the microwave oven. 

Damage caused on the premises of the accommodation shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative. For damages resulting from the improper use of the guest house or from the violation of the rules of the house, the guests are financially liable. The host is not responsible for the property of guests!

  • Smoking, leisure activities

Smoking and the use of incense are prohibited in the building, which also applies to electronic cigarettes and IQOS! The garden has designated smoking areas: the porch in front of the house and the covered terrace in front of the kitchen. Please limit smoking to these areas and use the ashtrays provided. Please do not dispose of your cigarette butts in the garden, as we compost the mown grass.

The guest house is not suitable for loud entertainment or partying! Please observe the night-time silence between 22:00 and 7:00. No loud noise is allowed in the accommodation during this time!

  • Wellness services

The guest house has its own hot tub and a wood-fired Finnish sauna, as well as a steam sauna. Use of the hot tub is included in the price of the accommodation, while the other two services are available at an extra charge. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use the saunas. 

Use of the wellness facilities is at your own risk and in accordance with the attached rules.

  1. Catering

The guest house has a well equipped kitchen and dining room, please use this room for meals. Guests are responsible for their own meals. There is a ceramic hob for cooking, an electric oven for baking and a dishwasher for washing up. On the shelf above the fridge you will find other kitchen appliances (toaster, contact grill, kettle, etc.), which should be cleaned up after use and put back in their boxes. 

Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms, hot tub and saunas.

  1. Security

We cannot be held responsible for personal valuables (e.g. jewellery, telephone, laptop) brought into the property. Please hand in any found items to the property manager. For your safety, please always lock the gate when leaving the accommodation.

  • Heating

The accommodation fee includes heating costs, but in the heating season (15 October - 15 April), due to the significant increase in overheads and energy consciousness, the guaranteed maximum temperature in the guest house is 22 degrees Celsius. 

  1. Animals

Pets are not allowed in the guest house! Please do not allow cats that stray into the house!

  1. Garbage disposal

We collect rubbish separately in our guest house. Household garbage is collected in the kitchen, selective waste is collected in the waste bin on the terrace. 

  1. Cleaning

The rooms will be cleaned and please keep them tidy during your stay! Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected on departure. For longer stays every 7 days cleaning, towels and bed linen change are provided. Other cleaning, towel and bed linen change is only can be provided at an extra charge. Please leave the guest house in an acceptable condition, in case of extreme soiling we charge an extra cleaning fee, which must be paid before departure (20 000 HUF)!

  1. Parking

Our guest house has two car parking spaces, so please park your car here to avoid obstructing the traffic on the street. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.

  1. Garden

The garden is maintained by the host. Please take care of the plants! As in any household, it is possible that something in the guest house may break or malfunction through no fault of the guests. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please report it to the host immediately to prevent any serious damage. In the event of an accident or other incident, the accommodation manager must be informed immediately.

In case of non-compliance with the ROOM, the owner may ask to leave the accommodation immediately. In this case the accommodation fee will not be refunded!

  1. Data management, billing

When making a valid reservation, you must provide the guest's contact number, which can be used for any problems or important to discuss any questions or to maintain contact until the guest(s) leave.

Accommodation providers have an obligation to provide data to the MTÜ (https://mtu.gov.hu/), therefore upon arrival the guest/guests are required to hand over their personal documents (passport or ID card, address card) to the accommodation provider for data collection. for more information on how to provide data, click here: https://vizainfo.hu/szallashelyek. 

A NAV requirement imposes an invoicing obligation on the service provider and the invoice must contain the name of the party invoiced and address and, in the case of a company, its tax number, so that /to fulfil this obligation we need the address card and e-mail address of the guest(s), even if the accommodation provider pre-registers the guest(s) on My Guest in use. 

The accommodation provider declares that the data of the guest(s) will not be used for any other purpose than and only for the above obligations, and the accommodation provider does not store the data in printed form. The data recorded on the computer will be stored as long as the the possibility to make a complaint is not time-barred.
